Executive Chef Wayne Carter has created a fabulous menu inspired by fresh wholesome ingredients and presented with artistic flair with great daily specials and new items added regularly.

Great fresh salads are our specialty – like our 5511 Salad that includes mixed greens, a cabbage jicama slaw, dried & fresh fruit, pumpkin seeds, nuts and mango salsa; Harvest Salad that includes mixed greens, herbed goat cheese, nuts and seeds, and seasonal fresh fruit chutney all with special housemade vinaigrettes and the Roasted Beet Salad that includes fresh roasted beets, gorgonzola cheese, candied pecans, apple and housemade fig vinaigrette or a creamy blue cheese. You can always add chicken breast, prawns, crab cakes, Ahi tuna or one of our meatless options to the salad!

3 Sisters Beef burger grilled with roasted garlic aioli, aged white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickled onion and cucumber on an artisan bun;

Tacos – filled with Argentine wild caught prawns or seared Ahi tuna, jicama slaw, mango salsa, sriracha lime crema and a side salad;

Penn Cove Mussels – steamed with Blooms white wine, fresh herbs, garlic, shallots, tomato & Andouille sausage;

Dinner specials include a Butchers Block meat option and fresh house made Pasta of the Day that varies based on Chef’s choice;

Desserts like Russian Cream topped with raspberry sauce, Chocolate Decadence, Crème Brulee, Lemon Tart, Mango Cheesecake or …….

There are choices for appetizers and small plates like Cheese Tray with organic cheeses from Samish Bay, Crab Cakes or house marinated olive mix
