A wonderful light but flavorful Rhone style blend of Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache – as the name says “lovely, delightful…” – this wine is light in body but rich in complexity, with the unique characteristics of each variety showing in the layers of flavor.
Lighter in body, but still rich and complex in flavors of cranberry, huckleberry, plum and allspice with an ample finish.

Our Gold Medal winning Bordeaux style blend of Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot, all Eastern Washington fruit with lovely complexity and a smooth finish, a fabulously smooth and flavorful medium bodied wine. Washington Tasting Room magazine gave this wine an “outstanding” rating (91-94 point) :”Plump and ripe..a fruity center of plum sauce, pomegranate and violet with crushed blue and blackberry flavors dovetailed with notes of vanilla, clove, cardamom and barrel spice on the smooth, sturdy finish.” We couldn’t have said it better!
Our Syrah is 97% Syrah and 3% Viognier from the same vineyard – Bosma’s hillside vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills of Yakima Valley. It is rich and flavorful. Fabulous fruit makes wonderful wine!
Chosen as one of the top 10 Malbecs in the Northwest by Great Northwest Wine magazine, with a 93 pt. rating. “fruit forward, vibrant and easy drink of blueberry, blackberry, plum and Red Vines licorice with a pinch of anise”. They even included a shout out as to how great it would taste with the lamb at the 5511 Bistro!

Warm, rich cassis berry and cherry flavors that linger well on the palate. Wonderfully smooth and mellow. Our last vintage from the family vineyards in Hopland, CA.
Cabernet, Merlot & Petit Verdot from Rattlesnake Hills. Full body, berry and cherry flavors upfront blend with woody notes, spice and a hint of chocolate. Rich mouth feel with medium tannins. The Blooms’ final blend, created with new owners Kyle & Michelle. GOLD Medal winner.
A wonderfully rich wine that starts with a hearty bouquet enticing you to sample the dark fruit, plum and strawberry flavors followed by a bit of earthy wood notes and light tannins on an ample finish.
An off- dry rose wine made with a blend of Grenache and Malbec free-run juice, both from Bosma vineyards in Rattlesnake Hills. Pairs well with many foods, and has hints of strawberry and cherry. Wonderful with Salmon!
100% Riesling from Yakima Valley fruit, very light and refreshing and crisp. Given an “Outstanding” (91-94 point) rating by Washington Tasting Room magazine, who said “Delightfully crisp and refreshing, this dry version offers enticing floral aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, pear, yellow apple and limestone. A vibrant backbone of acidity carries through the juicy finish.”
100% Sauvignon Blanc from Rattlesnake Hills. A nice crisp, dry wine with notes of apple, citrus and melon with a mellow finish. Bright and clean, this vintage won a Bronze Medal at the Savor Northwest Wine Awards.
A well rounded blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc made in a white Bordeaux style. A wonderfully smooth wine with a nice balance of citrus and crisp apple and lovely finish. Grapes grow side by side in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA, Yakima Valley.
100% Semillon from our Rattlesnake Hills vineyard. With crisp clean citrus notes and a soft tropical fruit finish, it pairs well with many foods dishes and specifically seafood. Used in our Mussels at the 5511 Bistro and a favorite at the annual Mussel Fest in Coupeville each March!
A local harvest gives us a release of our Whidbey Blend, made with 100% grapes from Whidbey Island. This blend which includes Madeline Angevine, Sylvaner, and Siegerrebe grown on Whidbey creates a lovely wine with an enticing bouquet, mid palate sweetness and smooth finish.
Blending 75% Viognier with 25% Roussane for a smooth and crisp wine that offers flavors of honeysuckle, melon, pear and citrus with a hint of spice. Both grown on Bosma Vineyards in the Rattlesnake Hills.
Nice bouquet on this rich Chardonnay, unoaked to keep the fruit characteristics up front with the well rounded flavors in the finish. 100% Chardonnay grown on Bosma Vineyards in the Rattlesnake Hills.

The wine TO FALL IN LOVE WITH that won Best of Show at the Puyallup Fair, this is a rhubarb wine, slightly sweet and easy to please. So lovely served well chilled on a summer day!
A port-style red dessert wine made with blended Merlot and Petit Verdot, rich and luscious and wonderful with dark chocolate or a fine cigar! A wonderful way to end the day! Alcohol 20.5 and residual sugar at 6% made with spirits we have distilled for us at Whidbey Island Distillery.
